Hey Rose Buds! I'm Malika and I am a fitness junkie by day and a Pediatric ICU Nurse by night. I have always had a passion for fitness. Growing up I competed in gymnastics, swimming, dance and track. I went on to coach gymnastics and swimming throughout college. There came a time where my health and wellness were no longer a top priority. This resulted in me injuring my back, so I no longer worked out and developed a poor diet. During rehabilitation of my bulging disc I found my love and passion for fitness again. I decided to become a personal trainer because I wanted to help others overcome any mental or physical barriers preventing them from achieving their goals.

Hey Rose Buds! My name is Ahlaiah Lewis and I eat, sleep, and breathe fitness. Physical fitness has always been a part of my life through years of Track & Field, Basketball, and Cheerleading. Upon graduating from high school, I became a Cheerleading Instructor for UCA, which ultimately sparked my passion for training. Aside from fitness, I am a full-time District Sales Leader for PepsiCo, where I lead a multi-million dollar retail business. While I motivate individuals each day at work, true fulfillment for me comes from inspiring others at the gym. My goal with Nine Rose is to help everyone I meet see the ways in which the body and mind can work together to create beautiful magic, on the inside & out, allowing you to confidently be the best version of yourself.

I met Ahlaiah when I moved to Alabama my sophomore year and we instantly clicked and bonded over fitness. I stopped playing basketball in college but I wanted to continue my love of training and working out and that’s when Ahlaiah started training me. She knows how to push you and help you mentally through those tough workouts which I needed bc I’ll get to a certain point in my fitness journey and won’t push myself past that mental point of what I THINK I can’t do & the results are amazing! I mean look at her 😍 I definitely recommend 9rose fitness. She’s great. No cap!

I have been following 9rose since the very beginning and let me tell you their workouts are no joke. I never knew what to do when I went to the gym, or how often I should be going. So I started online training with Malika and it has been the best decision yet. She motivates me to consistently go to the gym. She sends me meal prep recipes and ideas. She educates me on what I need to do when I'm at the gym and how often I should be doing it. Most importantly she holds me accountable. I would highly recommend 9 Rose Fit and if you arent already follow them on IG, they post workout videos and recipes weekly!

So 9rose is my new favorite go-to, especially during this pandemic. I have tons of their in home exercises saved and even got my mom to follow and use them too. I also had virtual training sessions with Ahlaiah after my second child and they were awesome and customized to help work my target areas. I’m also a very picky eater but their featured meals have been on point, my favorite is the smoothie bowl. 10/10 recommend 9rose . get with it 💪🏾
